Our Why

Founded by Crystal Hinton, a devoted mother of three and former nurse, the My Style My Story brand is based in Mississippi and built on a foundation centered on lifting and honoring moms' lives and stories. In 2014, Crystal and her husband Al embarked on this new adventure, creating stylish and meaningful apparel that allows moms to express themselves and share their stories. Often, moms are busy caring for everyone else, which can lead to them putting their dreams aside for the overall daily support of their families. But every mom has a unique story to tell, and these stories, when shared, will inspire and empower others. Our t-shirts will help you tell your story!

Expanding The Term "Stay-at-Home Mom"

My Style My Story expands beyond acknowledging the importance of stay-at-home moms in raising their children. We strongly encourage moms everywhere to pursue their dreams, passions, and goals while excelling in their caregiver roles. At the heart of our brand, we aim to empower and uplift mothers. We have expanded the term "Stay-at-Home Mom" to "Professional Mom" because it is about balancing the nurturing of the family with the nurturing of oneself. We want every mom to see herself as an "expert" in the profession of motherhood as she aspires to level up her own personal happiness and success.
